Have recently bought two of the same products. Mainly happy with both however the first products supposed magnet to secure the phone does not work unlike the second which is fine. Any chance of an exchange?

A quality case with so much space. I love my new phone case purse. Being able to remove the phone easily to clip onto the magnetised phone holder is an added bonus. If there is one thing I would add is ring on the other end of the spine to give the option of wearing the bag in “landscape” rather than “portrait” But still a “no regrets” purchase

Overall everything went well. My item was out of stock and I had to email to find this out. The reply was immediate and they said they would send the item as soon as it was back in stock.
